Artwork Requirements

Submitting Artwork, Signatures and Logos

When placing an online order, select on the form "I'm sending art" by E-mail or U.S. Mail, then under Special Instructions, type in the file name you are sending.


When scanning your artwork or signature, only scan in Grayscale , Do not send bitmap or color images. Save your scanned artwork/signature as a jpeg.

Send files only in eps, svg, jpg, or pdf format.   

Image resolution should be 300 dpi or higher.

Submitted artwork should be as you want it on stamp. We will not retouch or resize. Please crop it to size, the image should just be the black area, not the entire scanned page.

Print out your scanned image. How it looks is how it will appear on your stamp.

Our stamps are made from laser engraved rubber.

We do not make stamps from copyrighted artwork. We will not be held responsible if you submit an image that violates a copyright.
