How to Submit Artwork

When placing an online order, select 'I'm sending art' by E-mail or U.S. Mail. Under Special Instructions, type the file name you are sending.

Scanning Requirements

Scan artwork in Grayscale only; avoid sending bitmap or color images. Save scanned artwork as jpeg format with 300 dpi or higher resolution.

Accepted File Formats

Send files in eps, svg, jpg, or pdf format. Ensure submitted artwork reflects how you want it on the stamp.

Image Cropping Guidelines

Crop the image to display only the black area, excluding the surrounding white space. The printout should reflect how your stamp will appear.

We do not produce stamps from copyrighted artwork and will not be responsible for any copyright violations. Please adhere to legal guidelines when submitting images.
