How much and how fast
We offer Free USPS Ground Advantage Shipping on all Rubber Stamp orders over $50
Most rubber stamp orders are produced and shipped the same day if ordered by 12pm EST, Monday - Friday.
Our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from St. Cloud, Florida. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Rates for shipping services are calculated based on shipping location and carrier at checkout. Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Please allow up to 5 business days for larger orders. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those during holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Transit and delivery timing is up to the shipping carrier. We do not have control over packages once they leave our facility. On time delivery is not guaranteed for all shipping methods. We will not issue a refund/replacement if your package is late, delayed, or not delivered.
Double check your ship to address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Packages that are returned to us will not be automatically replaced or refunded. You will be required to repay the shipping fee to get the package reshipped to you.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If you received your order damaged, or if your order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us at info@creativerubberstamps.com so we may help file a claim. A replacement might be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Natural Disaster Weather Delay
Creative Rubber Stamps stands by our promise to complete and ship your order as soon as possible. If for any reason we do close due to extreme or dangerous weather that could harm our employees we will update the customer.
